What do the Espree Titan and Plus III Titan have in Common?

The similarities between the two include maximum capacity. Both the Espree and Plus III can handle a maximum weight of three hundred and fifty pounds. Both also feature heavy duty transaxle transmission, 4/11 Horsepower, a 5.40 MPH top speed, and three wheels, which allow for unusually tight and precise maneuverability for such a large, heavy duty scooter.

The Titan models are not for everyone, of course. A 350 maximum weight capacity might be plenty more than a user needs, for example. If you don’t need such a heavy duty scooter, the standard models will do just fine. Considering the heavier size of the Titan models, you can also save yourself a bit on the electricity bill, as the Titan models require larger batteries to carry their weight. Others might need a more heavy duty scooter, like the Atlas models.

If you’re looking to purchase a Titan mobility scooter, make sure your needs are being met. The Titan can be considered a sort of hybrid of the maneuverability and convenience of a standard model and the versatility and power of a larger model, but that doesn’t mean it’s perfect for everyone.
