You have 7 days to contact us for return authorization. All returns must have a return authorization number or they will be refused. Item must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. Once received in new condition, a 25% restocking fee plus original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Special ordered items and used items CANNOT be returned. CANCELLATION POLICY There will be a $100 cancellation fee to any orders where payment has been received but product has not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, customers must follow our Return Policy. DAMAGES At time of delivery if there were obvious damages to the carton or box, it must be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. If there is no sign of damage to the box, but there is damage to the item, customer has 24 hours to report the claim to the shipping company. REFUNDS Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation or receipt of returned item. ALL refunds will be issued in the form of a company check. Refunds will NOT be credited back to credit cards. WARRANTY All new electric scooters, power chairs, and electric lifts come with manufacturers 1 year warranty that covers the electrical and mechanical parts. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturers guidelines. The customer is responsible for transporting the item to an authorized dealer for diagnosis. Defected parts will be replaced by manufacturer. Labor charges and transportation costs are not covered under warranty and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
